You MUST request a ballot if you wish to vote by mail for the November 2020 presidential election.
How to request a ballot
Visit elections.maryland.gov
Click on “Request a Mail In Ballot”
You must have a Maryland ID to use the online ballot request form
If you do not have a Maryland ID, you can STILL request a ballot using a paper form available on the same website.
How to vote in person
Vote early Mon. Oct. 26 – Mon. Nov. 2, 7 am-8 pm at vote centers (locations still being finalized)
Vote on November 3 at your polling place - normally the Barclay School or Waverly Pratt Library, but this time may be different
TO REGISTER TO VOTE, YOU MUST BE:
A U.S. citizen
A Maryland resident
At least 16 years old (although you can’t vote until you turn 18)

Print and mail the paper application
Register in-person at your polling place on Election Day
BE A POLL WORKER
There is a shortage of poll workers this year
Pay is $165-$225
Must be at least 16 and be registered to vote.
