Water Affordability Credits

If you're struggling to pay your water bills, there's a new water affordability program that can help. With the Water4All program, you could be eligible for discounted, affordable water bills.

Apply by April 1st to get an additional 7 months of additional water affordability credits, due to the program's delayed start. Apply online at https://cityservices.baltimorecity.gov/Water4All or call 410-396-5555 to request a paper application be mailed to you.
