Area 12 residents can begin the online renewal for parking permits and passes starting October 1, 2022. Permits expire October 31. There is no community pick-up this year, but your pass will be mailed to you for a fee after you renew online. You may also opt to pick up your pass at the Parking Authority office at 200 W. Lombard Street, Suite B, Baltimore, MD 21201; office hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30 am - 4:30 pm.

Choose the permit and or pass for the year 2022-23. You will be asked to attach a scan or photo of your vehicle registration and proof of residency. There will be a fee to mail the permit/pass.
