Register online from September 20 through October 16 for RPP Area 12 Charles Village & 12A Abell Permits. Go directly to secure online site: https://pabc.thepermitstore.com You may view an instructional video at the site that will guide you through the application process. If you currently have a parking permit, you are already in the City’s RPP database. Enter your driver's license number and last name or password.

If you register after October 16, you must go to the Parking Authority office at 200 W. Lombard St. to pick up your permit. Yu may purchase and pick up permits downtown starting October 7 (downtown pick-up is not available Oct. 19-22). All current permits expire October 31. A parking citation (fine) for not displaying a current RPP decal or visitor’s pass is $52 for each occurrence.
If this is your first time applying for a parking permit, you must go to the Parking Authority office at 200 W. Lombard Street, Suite B, to apply for and pick up your RPP Parking Permit in person.
