Executive Committee Meeting - March 14, 2020

Dear neighbors,

The executive committee of the Abell Improvement Association meets monthly. The next meeting is Saturday, March 14, 9:30 to 11:00 a.m. at 3212 Abell Avenue. This is a public meeting.

Tentative Agenda

1. Surveillance cameras -- installation stopped at 3 locations in Abell

2. Kitty's Lounge, 3208 Greenmount -- oppose renewal of liquor license?

3. Report from treasurer

4. Spruce up grant, open space plans, memorial plaque

5. Movies in open space -- schedule and equipment needs -- Phil Davis

6. Emergency preparedness -- block captains? (Membership)

7. Welcome packets for new neighbors? (Membership)
