Charles Village Garden Contest
Spring is here and the Charles Village Civic Association and the Charles Village Community Benefits District are sponsoring a Garden Contest. Prizes will be awarded to groups and individuals who make dramatic and creative improvements to the gardens in front of their homes. For those without front gardens, there are the container and tree-well categories. The application and rules are set forth below.
